I am a HUGE fan of to-do lists. Too much of a fan. I’ll add stuff to my to-do list just so I can cross it off. I have multiple lists going on at once. I’ll re-write them so that they look neater. It’s borderline craziness.
I stumbled upon this post from Teacher-Woman. Her to-do list is genius! I thought I would give it a try and see if it worked for me. Two months into school, I am still using it!
Here is what it looks like:
I printed out the template and slid it into a sheet protector.
Then I place post-it notes on top of the sheet protector and can change them easily.
My favorite part is that it is sectioned off into 4 parts. I can quickly see what needs to be done at school (such as copy and prep) and what I can work on at home (plan and grade).
The to-do list is at the very front of my teacher binder so the cover protects it (the post-it notes don’t fall off in my bag), but it’s very easy for me to access.

A lovely idea, thanks for sharing! I am a fellow teacher with an addiction to post its and to do lists!
This is a great way to keep yourself on target. Thank you for sharing. I am going to print this and give it try.
