There’s a lot going on. It feels scary. This is a little overwhelming for everyone.
Ever since school closures began, I have been trying to figure out how I can help teachers across the county. I wanted to do something to make this transition easier for you and help you support your students when they are out of the classroom.
I’ve put together a bundle of reading resources that your students can use after reading ANY book at home.
- reading response journal (with prompts)
- discussion questions
- graphic organizers
While this will never take the place of the reading you would have done together in the classroom, I hope it is able to take some of the burden off of you.
I would also encourage you to download this FREE at-home reading kit to give to parents.
Stay healthy and wash those hands!
